I know we reached and exceeded the stated goals for fund raising, but I'd like to propose creating a donation/foundation address so holders can choose to give some of their coins for future development and marketing.
Although our coins might not be worth very much yet, it is quite possible they will rise sharply in value when SAFEnetwork launches. There is potential for donations that feel small now to become really significant and help push the project forward in it's latter stages. This is not charity, coin holders will be the ones to benefit directly if the project has more resources later on.
I shouldn't imagine it will raise huge amounts or that most will donate, but even if we just raise 100k-200k from a couple of whales, that could make all the difference to the future of the project when it hits a 6 or 7 figure market cap on the SAFE wave. It might help facilitate a burst of marketing that really gets the word out, or maybe it will just help pay for more development to ensure the product is as badass as possible.
Just a thought anyway, I know I would happily donate to the foundation... IOTA raised many millions from its ICO holders doing that - 5% was donated and it is already worth 30-60x the ICO value.
Can't hurt to make the address can it?! It doesn't need publicising or anything, totally voluntary, just a thread on here mentioning it would do imo.
